Churchill’s polar bears are a bunch of bruisers. While females tend to cubs, young males kill time wrestling, pawing and playfully pummeling each other in a ‘sparring’ ritual. Researchers don’t yet know the reasons behind the feats of strength and brawn but one thing’s for sure—polar bear sparring is a spectacle everyone should see.
